Description

You will lead the recovery and migration of a failed implementation to a new platform, ensuring the solution maximizes the potential of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering sessions and produce functional requirements and technical solution design documents.
• Design and optimize business processes to standardize and align with Salesforce and Salesforce.org product capabilities.
• Oversee the successful completion of all components of assigned implementation work.
• Develop testing, validation, and enablement plans to ensure alignment with customer goals.
• Analyze and identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in solution and technical design for Salesforce Service Cloud or Public Sector.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, Visualforce, Apex coding, batch processes, and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce LWC, OmniScript, and third-party integrations.
• Proven ability to develop Process Flow Diagrams, Data Models, Solution Designs, and Training Materials.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle within Onsite/Offshore Delivery Models.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Ability to manage client expectations and scope in coordination with project managers.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, Administration, Application Architect, or Public Sector Foundation.
