Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring technical alignment with business requirements and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture, data models, and integration strategies for complex Salesforce ecosystems.
• Develop and implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools including MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL.
• Experience designing scalable and secure solutions using Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

• Proven ability to conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality standards.
