Description

You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize sales and customer service processes in Marysville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications using objects, fields, layouts, and record types.
• Write and optimize Apex code, including triggers, classes, and test methods for business logic.
• Build user interfaces using Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
• Design automation using flows, process builders, and workflow rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware, including CTI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers and classes.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Expertise in Visualforce and declarative tools like Flow and Process Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to manage complex reporting and dashboards.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CTI system integrations.
