JOB SUMMARY: Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for leading end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. The role involves defining scalable architectures, driving integration strategies, and leading large-scale implementations while ensuring governance, performance, and security standards in a financial services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds and enterprise platforms
• Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative capabilities
• Define and implement integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
• Establish governance frameworks, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead architecture workshops, stakeholder discussions, and technical design reviews

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture expertise
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce development
• Strong experience with API-led integrations and middleware tools like MuleSoft
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management strategies
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience in banking or financial technology domain
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and enterprise integrations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

GOOD TO HAVE:
• Experience with AI, automation, and data platforms within Salesforce
• Exposure to global delivery models and offshore coordination
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
