Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design across multiple clouds, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Define and implement integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and CI/CD processes for efficient and consistent delivery.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive architecture decisions.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight for development teams across large-scale programs.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating new Salesforce capabilities, tools, and solution enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).

10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture roles.

Expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce architecture, integrations (APIs, MuleSoft), and enterprise solution design.

Strong leadership experience in driving governance, CI/CD practices, and managing large-scale, cross-functional Salesforce implementations
