Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design and technical governance for large-scale, multi-cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and define integration strategies using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and CI/CD processes to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive architecture decisions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight for development teams across complex programs.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and tools to drive continuous improvement and solution enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture roles.
• Expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce architecture, including complex integrations via APIs and MuleSoft.
• Strong background in enterprise solution design and technical leadership.
• Proven experience driving governance and implementing CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional Salesforce implementations.
