You will design and implement Salesforce solutions that align technology strategy with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
• Develop architectural artifacts, policies, and guidelines to ensure a consistent technology framework across the organization.
• Guide technology selection and evaluate solution designs during release planning.
• Assess current IT environments to design future-state architectures and tactical project models.
• Collaborate with lead engineers and development teams to ensure compliance with security, identity, and access management standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing Salesforce.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Service Cloud and its complementary modules.
• Knowledge of architectural design frameworks, integration frameworks, and patterns.
• Experience with business process and performance modeling, benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
• Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI/Einstein.
• Experience with large enterprise and global Case Management implementations.
• Experience building strategic technology plans and roadmaps.
