Description

You will design and deliver multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce Platform to drive business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including analysis, requirements, design, development, and deployment.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and assess solution options against industry and Salesforce platform best practices.
• Act as a liaison between customer business and IT teams to lead design workshops and document requirements.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce application configuration, development, and architecture evaluation.
• Manage project teams through design, build, test, and implementation phases while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution assessments, estimations, and product demonstrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce solution architecture.
• Proven expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Order Management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce UI/UX design and system mock-ups.
• Experience acting as an Application Architect within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to document functional, non-functional, and system interface requirements and user stories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel) for customer-facing communication.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
