Description

You will design and deliver multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce Platform to drive business value for customers.

You will own the entire Salesforce implementation lifecycle, from analysis and requirements through design, development, and deployment. You will lead design workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and manage project teams through build, test, and implementation phases. You will perform hands-on configuration and development while acting as a liaison between business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and evaluate solution options against Salesforce best practices.
• Facilitate design workshops and document functional, non-functional, and interface requirements.
• Perform hands-on application configuration, development, and architecture evaluation.
• Manage project risks and mitigate issues during design and build phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce solution architecture.
• Proven expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Order Management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce UI/UX design and system mock-ups.
• Experience acting as an Application Architect within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to document user stories and system interface requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for customer-facing communication.

• Support pre-sales activities through solution assessments, estimations, and product demonstrations.
