You will design technical solutions to resolve business-critical issues and support scaling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify system-level bottlenecks and implement design or code changes to optimize performance.
• Act as the technical expert for business teams to manage queries regarding systems and platforms.
• Mentor IT teams and serve as a technical lead to resolve complex technical doubts.
• Plan and forecast system capacity based on business growth projections.
• Ensure team deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines through hands-on technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Familiarity with JBOSS application servers.
• Experience deploying and managing solutions on Cloud platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.
