Description

Lead and mentor Salesforce developers while designing scalable solutions using Apex, triggers, and LWC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, triggers, and LWC components.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and ensure code performance and scalability.
• Manage project timelines, effort estimation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and implementation issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Experience leading UAT and providing end-user training.
