Description

You will design and execute scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, bridging strategic architecture with hands-on platform configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage data pipelines, including the HubSpot-to-Salesforce lead routing process and six downstream operating system integrations.
• Lead functional design for Experience Cloud portals, focusing on scheduling, invoice management, and future e-commerce capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, driving the creation of SOPs for proposal management and data model scalability.
• Manage third-party app ecosystems, specifically document generation and storage workflows using Conga, DocuSign, and AWS.
• Triage incoming requests, separating immediate support needs from strategic enhancements, and guide offshore development priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Deep functional expertise in Setup, Flow Builder, and Process Builder.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, functional data flows, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector.
• Experience integrating with Snowflake and managing data fabrics.
• Familiarity with Agile ALM tools such as Jira and Rally.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
