You will design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions, including Energy and Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud, integrating with external systems.
• Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns following best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and executives to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, guiding developers on Apex and Lightning technologies.
• Establish governance standards, conduct design reviews, and maintain architecture documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3–5 years in solution architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform features: Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows.
• Proficiency with integration patterns using Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), ETL tools, and Web Services.
• Strong capability in Data modeling, architecture design, and governance principles.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and release management processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
