Description

Design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures while serving as the primary stakeholder contact. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for offshore teams and drive solution strategy using Salesforce Lightning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of architecture designs and solution strategies for large-scale implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for offshore development teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer executives and stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture using Salesforce Lightning to meet long-term scalability needs.
• Conduct quality management reviews to ensure design requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• 7 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud and APIs.
• Technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Java.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record of solution architecture in large enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce.com application design architecture and development certification.
