Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for the utility and energy sector.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and optimize Apex code, Lightning components, and complex integrations.
• Ensure solution stability, security, and performance across the platform.
• Guide technical decisions and best practices for the development team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven expertise in Solution Architecture within the Utility or Energy domain.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and REST/SOAP Integrations.
• Salesforce Certification (Architect level preferred).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments.
