Description

Design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions including Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud, defining system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Lead integration efforts using APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Provide technical leadership on Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows, establishing governance for development standards and release management.
• Define architecture standards, security policies, and role-based access control to ensure compliance and optimal system performance.
• Mentor developers and junior architects while maintaining detailed architecture documentation and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3–5 years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership.
• Strong expertise in Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud within the utility or energy sector.
• Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Knowledge of data modeling, architecture governance, and Salesforce security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management processes.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer or Platform Developer I/II certification.
