Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that bridge functional requirements with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical IT strategies, roadmaps, and design documentation.
• Lead project teams to deliver cost-effective solutions following established development standards.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts to management and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Champion governance standards for all architecture deliverables.
• Mentor IT team members to support career development and technical growth.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in solution architecture.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead, account, contact, and opportunity management.
• Deep understanding of Lead to Order, Lead to Opportunity, and Opportunity to Cash business processes.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce.com, and SOQL.
• Experience mapping and optimizing core business processes within Salesforce and/or SAP.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Field Service Lightning to optimize field service operations.
• Experience using Vigience or similar tools for SAP integration and real-time data exchange.
• Proficiency with Workato or similar integration tools for automated workflows.
