Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and technical solutions.
Convert business requirements into cost-effective technical designs.
Lead complex API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Work with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
Ensure data security, system performance, backup, and recovery.
Guide developers on Salesforce best practices and standard vs. custom solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, data models, and architecture diagrams.
Lead code reviews, technical workshops, and release planning.
Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and user story development.
Assist with Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
Identify technical risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
