Description

You will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Energy & Utilities Cloud and Experience Cloud, while defining system architecture and data models. You will oversee integrations with external enterprise systems, databases, and middleware. You will guide developers on Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows, establishing governance around development, release management, and environment strategy. You will conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, optimize solutions for performance and compliance, and maintain architecture documentation. You will participate in the full solution delivery lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with Energy & Utilities Cloud and Experience Cloud requirements.
• Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns for external systems and middleware.
• Guide developers on Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows while establishing development governance.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards and security policies.
• Maintain architecture documentation and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Expertise in Energy & Utilities Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data modeling principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and environment strategy.
