You design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment while ensuring architecture compliance.
• Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration, and environment management.
• Promote architecture governance and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Ensure thorough documentation and testing protocols are maintained.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce Architecture.
• Proficiency with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com.
• Proven hands-on experience with data modeling and migration.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across the project lifecycle.
