Description

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
✅ Lead end-to-end solution delivery across design, development, testing, and deployment
✅ Drive architectural governance across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing, etc.)
✅ Provide technical leadership on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations
✅ Design and implement Agentforce solutions to enhance AI-driven automation and agent productivity
✅ Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.)
✅ Mentor development teams and establish Salesforce best practices
✅ Create Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and integration specifications
Required Skills:
✔️ 10+ years of Salesforce experience with enterprise implementations
✔️ Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and related platforms
✔️ Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Middleware, DevOps, Security Models, and Data Governance
✔️ Hands-on experience with Agentforce (Highly Preferred)
✔️ Experience designing scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Certifications:
🏅 Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
🏅 Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I
🏅 Additional Salesforce certifications in Integration, Data Architecture, or Sharing & Visibility
