Description

You will lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design overall solution architecture, including data models, data flows, interfaces, and integration points.
• Perform feasibility analysis on business requirements and propose technical solution options.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to conduct solution workshops and lead technical discussions.
• Oversee development and quality assurance efforts while providing technical guidance to teams.
• Define development guidelines, test execution plans, and manage technical dependencies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years specialized in Salesforce.com.
• Extensive experience architecting and designing systems on the Force.com platform.
• Proven track record of migrating legacy Service Cloud Chat to MIAW.
• Expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and Event-driven architectures.
• Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), web security, and Salesforce application security.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data migration via Data Loader, and managing large volume data within governor limits.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• OmniStudio implementation and certification.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System Architect certifications.
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) certification.
