Description

Design and implement scalable multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce implementations for AI-driven automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade solutions across Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Clouds.
• Develop custom logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Design and manage integrations via APIs and external systems.
• Enforce security best practices and manage DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and AI-driven service optimization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design scalable, multi-cloud architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Background in implementing AI-driven automation at scale.
