Description

Architect and deliver scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions while leading technical strategy and integration design across enterprise initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure solutions across Sales, Service, and Manufacturing clouds, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and platform security.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements through design, development, and deployment, maintaining architectural integrity and governance.
• Design integration strategies with external systems (ERP, Marketing Automation) using APIs, middleware, and ESB patterns.
• Develop and maintain Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and roadmap frameworks.
• Mentor developers and administrators on Apex, LWC, Flows, and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing) and solution architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Experience with Technical Design Documents (TDD) and solution documentation.
• Solid knowledge of data governance, security models, and integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentforce for AI-driven routing and service automation.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification.
