Description

You will own the architecture, design, and optimization of Salesforce platform implementations for banking products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize current Salesforce implementations and new banking product flows.
• Architect integration APIs and manage third-party interface connections.
• Conduct code reviews, manage GitHub repositories, and implement automatic deployment solutions.
• Configure Salesforce role hierarchies, sharing controls, and data management strategies.
• Consult on license types and optimization for various implementation scenarios.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and design.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Portal/Communities.
• Proficiency in high-level and low-level design using both customization and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, Record Types, and Data Encryption.
• Strong experience with Apex Web Services, API design, and Salesforce KMS.
• Technical proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Web Services.
• Experience with data migration, flows, process builders, and AppExchange products.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Architect certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation experience within the Credit Card or Personal Loan domains.
• Strong business process knowledge in the banking sector.
