You will design and deliver large-scale Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions focusing on scalability, maintainability, and system integration.
• Define solution architecture for the Salesforce ecosystem and manage complex data and security models.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, including developers and architects, to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and other business systems.

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a Solution Architect role.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Advanced custom development skills using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs and middleware integration.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce projects.
• Experience with Mulesoft for system integrations and data migration.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce System or Application Architect Certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for marketing automation and journey mapping.
