Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across business processes, infrastructure, and application ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architect reusable technical frameworks to support organization-wide scalability for greenfield implementations and existing environments.
• Lead solution planning using Salesforce Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Service Cloud components.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and middleware tools to connect Salesforce with legacy systems.
• Document architectural decisions, including functional and non-functional specifications focused on security, performance, and compliance.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in designing integrations via APIs and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure architectures hosted on Salesforce.
• Experience identifying architectural gaps and mitigating risks in complex environments.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with legacy systems and new platforms.
• Strong background in documenting technical specifications and security requirements.

• Degree in any graduate field.
