Description

Design and implement Salesforce architecture solutions for business processes, applications, and platform environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Lead technical architecture for current implementations, legacy platforms, and new developments.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Review existing implementations to identify gaps, risks, and optimization areas in custom code.
• Define technical architecture, design specifications, and conduct vendor code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Deep knowledge of Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce SOAP API and REST API.
• Proficiency with Middleware and integration patterns.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to map functional requirements to Salesforce features.
• Experience performing risk assessments and remediation planning.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to present technical recommendations to business leadership.
• Experience evaluating AppExchange products for build versus buy decisions.
