Description

You will design and lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-grade Salesforce and Marketing Cloud implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead multicloud architecture efforts across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud to drive migration strategy.
• Design and manage integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, and Marketing Cloud APIs across Salesforce core clouds and external systems.
• Define and enforce architecture guidelines, design patterns, and coding standards across global teams.
• Conduct architectural workshops and technical deep dives with clients and onsite teams.
• Own solution architecture, managing data flows, data models, and integration patterns for Marketing Cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 8 years in Salesforce solution architecture.
• 5 years of hands-on SFMC API integration experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Data Architecture and Salesforce Marketing Cloud B2C.
• Proven experience migrating SFMC with Salesforce Core and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of solutioning and data modeling pertaining to Marketing Cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities for complex architecture problems.
• Experience leading solution design in onsite client environments.
