Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions that align technical execution with business strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solution designs.
• Lead product management and solution design for Service Cloud, focusing on case pages and call/chat integrations.
• Own the end-to-end design and rollout of Experience Cloud implementations.
• Create execution plans for complex initiatives and provide a clear technical vision for teams.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of complex ideas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture or design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud product management and design.
• Deep experience with Service Cloud implementations at scale.
• Proven ability to design case pages and call/chat integrations.
• Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA), Tableau, and Analytics.
• Ability to explain complex technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Data Cloud and Client 360 features.
