Design and implement scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions for the Communications Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect CPQ, order management, and system integrations.
• Lead technical design and optimize Omni-Studio components.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain system compliance.
• Mentor developers and drive platform performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Omni-Studio.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience managing system integrations, including Boomi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
