Description

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into logical and technical business models.
• Identify necessary product customizations and configurations to meet functional needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on product capabilities and suggest industry best practices.
• Direct the technical team toward achieving defined objectives.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and upcoming platform releases.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with various ecosystems, including APIs and legacy/mainframe systems.
• Proven ability to implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of relevant software development methodologies.
• Ability to provide technical thought leadership by matching technology to business concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencing in matrixed environments.
• Ability to professionally challenge requirements using industry best practices.
