Description

You will own the architectural design and technical guidance for complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and define the overall Salesforce architectural solution.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stack changes to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with Interface and Integration teams (SAP, GBI, MuleSoft) on interface design.
• Participate in architecture and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor offshore development teams on analysis and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture.
• Proficiency with Apex and LWC development.
• Experience breaking down large, complex systems into scalable components.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience defining application roadmaps with Product Owners.
