Description

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and custom Force.com applications.
• Design and implement solutions using Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Financial clouds.
• Develop custom components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Flow.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AWS Connect.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile, multi-team development environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and AWS Connect.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Flow.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience with Salesforce integration via REST, SOAP APIs, and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of SalesforceDX and working within Agile workflows.
• Web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control and management tools including GitHub, SVN, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Selenium for testing.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Angular or React.
