Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and platform configurations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using standard APIs and middleware.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
• Support early-stage AI adoption by identifying and implementing relevant Salesforce AI capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Deep technical background, preferably starting as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience building solutions with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and deployment processes.
• Ability to design complex integrations and custom workflows.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications are considered an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Multiple Salesforce certification credentials.
