Design and deliver large-scale Salesforce solutions and AI strategies for complex enterprise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-tier architectures for scalable solutions within technology and telecom sectors.
• Lead the full application lifecycle, including solutioning, planning, testing, environment management, and release management.
• Manage complex data migrations from third-party systems into Salesforce.
• Direct integration strategies using real-time APIs, ETL, and platform events.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture and technology solution development.
• 8-12 years of experience with F500 companies, Big 4, or major SI consulting practices.
• Proven implementation of at least 5 large Salesforce projects, including Agentforce.
• Expert knowledge of Sales, Service, and Community/Experience Clouds.
• Extensive experience with Agentforce and Salesforce business process design.
• Deep understanding of platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• 8+ years of integration architecture experience using Mulesoft, SAP PI/PO, or Salesforce Connect.
• Expertise in APEX development, declarative customization, and platform security (TLS, SSL).

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with ETL, ESB integration, and code versioning best practices.
