Design and implement technical solutions that align Salesforce architecture with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Shape the overall solution architecture strategy to meet business needs.
• Partner with product lead engineers and technical architects to ensure implementations follow design standards.
• Provide technical consultation for Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM projects.
• Design solutions and lead Proof of Concept (POC) development.
• Document solution designs and provide blueprints for developers to follow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce professional experience.
• Salesforce Architect Certification (Data, System, Application, or Integration).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and demonstrate architecture concepts.
• Experience communicating technical designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to document architecture blueprints.
• Any Graduate degree.
