Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable Salesforce systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex systems ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Create technical specifications, quality design documents, and architecture notebooks for logical, physical, and integration layers.
• Translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions by collaborating with analysts and users.
• Review code, conduct walk-throughs, and perform unit testing to maintain quality.
• Advise on tools, processes, and design while managing technical risks and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in system design and development.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com platform architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex and SOQL.
• Experience developing with Visualforce Pages, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to complete Proof of Concepts (POC) on new technologies.
• Proven track record of designing reusable components and services.
• Experience performing extensive system testing and managing production support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
