Description

Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary Salesforce architecture advisor for client during implementation and early platform adoption, while developing a practical understanding of biorepository, clinical supply, kitting, and EPL Archives operating needs.
● Partner with the systems integrator and Third Wave Analytics implementation team to review architecture, configuration patterns, data models, integration approaches, and release decisions for the Lockbox LIMS implementation.
● Ensure Salesforce design decisions support operational efficiency, scalability, usability, maintainability, audit readiness, and long-term platform evolution across client
● service lines.
● Guide integration strategy across Salesforce-native capabilities and adjacent enterprise systems, including SAP, finance/revenue processes, data lake or BI/reporting platforms, portal capabilities, and other operational applications.
● Assess and influence data migration, data exchange, and master-data concepts so that operational workflows, reporting needs, client-facing capabilities, and downstream enterprise data use are considered early
