Description

Define and govern Salesforce architecture for clinical and biorepository implementations, ensuring scalability, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary architecture advisor during implementation and early platform adoption, aligning design with biorepository and clinical supply needs.
• Partner with systems integrators to review architecture, configuration patterns, data models, and release decisions for Lockbox LIMS.
• Guide integration strategy across Salesforce-native capabilities and enterprise systems including SAP, finance, data lakes, and BI platforms.
• Influence data migration and master-data concepts to support operational workflows, reporting, and downstream enterprise data use.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce-native capabilities, data models, and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to design for scalability, maintainability, and audit readiness.
• Proficiency in reviewing configuration patterns and release decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
