Description

You will configure and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform, translating business requirements into functional systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with clients and end users.
• Develop user stories and 'to-be' process flows to support solution design.
• Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Sharing Rules, workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Collaborate with developers or business analysts to test and verify solution adherence.
• Participate in client meetings for requirement sessions, system demos, UAT, and end-user training.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Salesforce configuration.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Force.com Platform configuration features.
• Experience developing user stories and process flows.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
