- Architect scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
- Lead offshore teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Own client communication, sprint progress, and issue resolution.
- Ensure seamless integration with platforms like Workday, NetSuite, and Oracle.
- Drive Agile best practices and ensure compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery.
- Proven track record in Agile project delivery.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems including Workday, Oracle, and NetSuite.
- Ability to manage offshore teams effectively.
- Experience with client-facing communication and issue resolution.
- Any Graduate degree.
