You will architect scalable Salesforce solutions and lead offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Lead offshore teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Own client communication, sprint progress, and issue resolution.
• Ensure seamless integration with platforms like Workday, NetSuite, and Oracle.
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery.
• Proven track record in Agile project delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems including Workday, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Ability to manage offshore teams effectively.
• Experience with client-facing communication and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
