Description

You will design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and lead project streams from requirement gathering through to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project streams and coordinate business and IT stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and map business processes.
  • Own the creation of technical and functional project documentation.
  • Participate in design, development, and testing phases to implement Salesforce modules.
  • Manage international rollout activities and draft work proposals for new clients.

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis.
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development and configuration, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong ability to lead requirement gathering sessions and solution identification workshops.
  • STEM degree or equivalent academic background.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in B2B contexts, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency with Office or GSuite.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CPQ and Field Service modules.
