You will design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and lead project streams from requirement gathering through to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead project streams and coordinate business and IT stakeholders to define requirements.
- Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and map business processes.
- Own the creation of technical and functional project documentation.
- Participate in design, development, and testing phases to implement Salesforce modules.
- Manage international rollout activities and draft work proposals for new clients.
Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis.
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development and configuration, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong ability to lead requirement gathering sessions and solution identification workshops.
- STEM degree or equivalent academic background.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in B2B contexts, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency with Office or GSuite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CPQ and Field Service modules.
