Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, balancing technical leadership with hands-on engineering in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and integration blueprints, determining optimal configuration versus code strategies.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring strict adherence to platform standards.
• Manage release cycles by reviewing Salesforce updates (Spring, Summer, Winter), identifying breaking changes, and validating system stability.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into secure technical plans.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and establish development standards for the team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and design.
• 5+ years of development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 3+ years of experience working in the public sector or highly regulated, compliance-heavy environments.
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or leading design and discovery sessions.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex integrations with external systems.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into Salesforce solutions with a focus on security and responsible use.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management and change control processes.
