Description

You will own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations, driving the transformation roadmap and release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-tier scalable architectures integrating manufacturing and billing systems.
• Lead data migrations from third-party systems into Salesforce with rigorous validation.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including solutioning, development, testing, environment management, and deployment.
• Configure complex business processes, rules, and platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Balance configuration, declarative customization, Apex development, and managed packages against enterprise best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of direct experience with the Salesforce product suite and business process design.
• Expertise in Salesforce Architecture with a minimum of 10 certifications, including at least 2 Architect credentials.
• Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
• Strong experience with real-time APIs, ETL, and integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Connect.
• Proficiency in Apex development, declarative customization, and configuration.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles within major F500 companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Community/Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of full-stack Salesforce application development and operationalization.
