Responsibilities

• Engage with business subject matter experts to analyze requirements and solve technical issues.
• Design and execute Salesforce development strategies using Apex, Flows, and Lightning.
• Implement secure system integrations using various API and authentication protocols.
• Manage Salesforce sharing and security models, including roles, profiles, and permission set groups.
• Lead technical workstreams and transfer knowledge to team members.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience architecting and developing Salesforce/Force.com solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Application, System, and/or Technical Architect credentials.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques using APIs, Enterprise WSDL, WebServices, JSON, and OAuth.
• Proficiency in .NET C# or Java for system integration purposes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and sharing rules.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and document technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud or Call Center integrations.
• Experience using JIRA for project tracking.
