Description

Lead technical direction and architectural design for Salesforce-based solutions. Own the strategy from discovery through optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions, strategies, and roadmaps for the Salesforce domain.
• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
• Support Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and technical solution creation through continuous delivery.
• Mentor multiple teams, provide architectural guidance, and drive common technical practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Salesforce.
• 2+ years of hands-on Experience Cloud experience.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• 3+ years of experience within a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to lead complex, large-scale consulting projects and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong proficiency in authoring and presenting technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical strategies clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience estimating project efforts, solution complexity, and defining necessary team structures.
