Description

Lead technical architecture and direct development teams to deliver Salesforce and Vlocity solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive development teams through technical leadership.
• Design and implement solutions using Vlocity components and Salesforce development.
• Lead white-board discussions and technical presentations for customers.
• Manage technical architecture across multiple projects.
• Work within Agile and SCRUM frameworks to manage deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of Vlocity Communication Cloud experience or Vlocity certification.
• 1+ years of Vlocity architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with Vlocity DataRaptor, Cards, OmniScript, DX, Integration Procedures, and CPQ.
• 3+ years of experience on deployment teams using Agile development techniques.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and SCRUM Framework.
• Experience in business operations and processes within the communications sector.
• Current Salesforce.com certifications (Developer, Administrator, Sales/Service, or TA).

Preferred Skills

• Vlocity Platform Developer, Consultant, or CPQ certifications.
• Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ certification.
• Knowledge of ESM Package.
