You will design, optimize, and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to align with complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales, marketing, and service workflows.
• Manage multiple technical priorities while maintaining high standards for application delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and application optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proficiency with SOQL and Salesforce.com integrations.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and service business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Architect certification.
